We travel to Paris most years as the start of a European holiday. The staff are always friendly and helpful. We like the quirky features of the hotel.. we have stayed with Mama more than a dozen times.

Hotel is Good, Restaurant Service not

Hotel is fine. The service in the restaurant is really, really bad. It is incredibly slow and it feels the guests are there for the staff instead of the other way around. Most of them come across totally uninterested and have no clue about hospitality. (fyi, I stay and eat there on a very regular basis, this is not a one time experience)
