We enjoyed our 4 day stay in a terrace room. Hotel was in a great location. Short walk to the train station, beach, and great restaurants. Breakfast was good not great. Kind of a continental breakfast with hard or soft boiled eggs. Hotel physical layout was a little odd. Most rooms required a small flight of stairs, maybe 7 steps, or a half-floor handicap elevator ride in the lobby.

Lovely hotel, basic but has everything you'll need. Breakfasts are good and run from very early in the morning which is great for early flights home. The staff are friendly and helpful. Also, the hotel is situated a short walk from the sea front abs the railway station. Love Nice and love this hotel.
