Disappointed with the stay. Room was nice but air con kept switching off on its own so didn't sleep well because it was too hot. The windows are not well insulated for sound so lots of traffic noise also kept me awake. Would be better to stay more central as there's probably less traffic noise.

As a regular guest I was disappointed that I was not afforded recognition of my status on arrival. Also there were issues with the TV remote which could not be remedied reasonably quickly.

We spent 4 nights here, and were very happy with the welcome/check-in, also the room was super clean and everything in order. We slept well, and were able to self-cater with the kitchenette. Would recommend. Parking is expensive (separate company) but just 2 min walk and again very safe and accessible.
