Stayed in many Accor hotels over the years. This was as good as any (apart from the aparthotel on Promenade des Anglais, Nice - but that’s another story) with a metro station at the front door. Staff all friendly and helpful.

Had an amazing time. The hotel is right by a train station and in a cute area. The staff were lovely: and the rooms were so nice and clean! We had an amazing view too. And they provided robes and slippers. Very cute. Well worth it.

Firstly, I must say that your staff, from the front desk clerks to the housekeeping employees, were absolutely delightful to deal with and incredibly friendly. Unfortunately, both rooms I was in were too hot and for three of my six nights stay, I woke up sweating. I was first in Room 305 and the first two nights were fine; however, on night three, the room's cooling system was working at all. I spoke to the front desk staff, who advised it was a problem in multiple rooms and the system was not coming on and they offered to move me to a different room, 302 (if I remember correctly). That room was okay the first night, but the next two nights, cooling did not work at all despite me turning the thermostat to the lowest possible setting. So unfortunately, I was sweating the last two nights as well. Very disappointing! If only the cooling system worked as well as the employees were polite!
