Dear guests. Molitor is happy to welcome you all year round to its magnificent 5-star rooms and pools from check-in at 4pm until checkout at noon the next day. For hygiene reasons, swimming attire is required when accessing the pool areas. The indoor pool will be closed: - March 27, reopening at noon on March 28 - June 26, reopening at noon on June 27. The outdoor pool will be closed from April 1 to 10.

Lovely check in experience However restaurant and bar experience leaves a lot to be desired. No attentiveness, unable to order a drink for almost 15 minutes, overall very poor. Same poor service at breakfast - had to retrieve my own cutlery and napkin from the cabinet. Breakfast options poor and limited for a 5*

Room facilities are old and lots of furniture has stains and broken. The cleaning of the room was not great , the chocolate that came with the room stayed the entire stay and fell outside of the plate to stain on table after the cleaning lady came. Food from room service was not removed. Reception gave be false information about the adaptors and tried to charge me 40€ (this was waved after 5mins of arguing and the lobby staff making me pass for a liar). I called the hotel to inform that it was for my birthday and to book a large table at the restaurant the service was disappointing. The hotel did not even take that into consideration to wish me a happy birthday or show a small gesture. Although the amenities of the hotel are great, the service is not up to a 5 star hotel and would definitely not come back nor recommend the establishment.

We, a family of four with two younger children, stayed for four nights. The hotel staff put out balloons and coloring pages for our children's arrival, which was a nice touch. The hotel is very nice. The modern art was a little much sometimes, but it did not detract from our stay. The hotel is decently located, with a mall and several shops nearby. The restaurant staff were excellent, and the breakfasts were great. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

The pools are nice but the rooms should be better looked after. Many things need repairs/maintenance and the room service was nice but they did not notice the details (they might need a better control). We stayed many times and this has clearly gotten worse. The restaurant is excellent and has improved since our last stay.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and well looked after. Access to metro 10 minutes away. Bistro was closed for dinner on the day we arrived . Would highly recommend the Bistr' OK on Rue Gallieni for dinner 12 minutes walk away.
