Extremely well located, but numerous small problems

Booked a large studio was given a small studio. The shower in our room was not usable as hot and cold continually. Paid for breakfast the second morning only to find that after the hot food initially presented was used up by the first six or seven guests it was not replaced and the next 14 guests never Were given any hot food. Server told us there was none left nor was there much cheese or cold cuts left after first few people went through so although we paid the full price, we only could have croissants and bread. Finally, we received a travel agent rate, but saw on the elevator that our rate was actually higher than the posted rate in the elevator. Would not like our customers to find that they had paid more than the postage rate. Love your Hotels, but not this one.

First stay since Adagio Opera has been renovated and the improvements show clearly. We particularly appreciated the new beds. Very nice experience overall.

Nice apartment but a little on the squeeze side of things. Perhaps it was just our room, but the noise from the metro running underneath was incredibly annoying. It was relentless. We were on level 1 a good 3 levels above the metro. The breakfast was also underwhelming, very basic and repetitive, didn’t change in the 5 days we were there. We liked the location, being close the Opera meant it was very easy to get around Paris. A big plus was the guest laundry, that’s was a pleasant surprise.

As per usual, I used y stay as a writing retreat. The room was perfect, the staff superb, and I was able to finish a book I've been working on for quite some time.
