Not such a pleasant stay experience

For starters even though I had checked in online, I reached hotel at 11 pm and had challenges with the receptionist being able to check me in. on top of that he checked me in to a room that was already occupied by existing guests. I had to spend bit of time again to get another room. The room was up to my expectation but it was not fully cleaned. there was some bags and things remaining from the previous guests. Had to order towels and bathing soap the next morning as it was over and not adequately provided. day 2 : the rush at breakfast led to time being to taken to refill the items and only one person was seeing doing all the chores. which led to belive that youll were understaff and did not have people to manage the breakfast.

Very disappointing experience

The room I paid for was very disappointing. It was tiny, draft coming through the doorway, not enough towels, no service and no coffee or tea in the room. The shower didnt work properly and it was a very disappointing experience. I am an Accor member and have been for many years, this is the worst hotel under their banner I have ever stayed in. The reception staff were arrogant and rude, it seemed an imposition when asked for help or guidance for things, even to the point of giving us wrong directions to the train station. I did not use my late check out, which I paid for and requestede a refund, which they told me would be forthcoming, as yet I havent received it. It is definitely not a hotel I would recommend to anyone going to Paris.
