Room were too small. No drinking water in room. Breakfast options too low. Need to do much better to maintain the star level the hotel has.

Each room is designed to provide comfort within an area of approximately 18 sqm, which is ideal for up to three adult guests. We regret that you found the room too small for your needs. We also understand that not having drinking water in the room can be an inconvenience; we take note of this to consider how we might enhance our amenities in the future. As for the breakfast offerings, our American Breakfast Buffet is usually applauded for its variety, and your feedback is an opportunity for us to review our options to ensure they continue to delight our guests. We also want to assure you that cleanliness is a top priority for us, and we are taking your rating seriously. We will reinforce our efforts with our housekeeping team to uphold the high standards we are committed to delivering. hotel is overall good, it is clean and breakfast is good, but the location is not the best and the rooms are not what one would expect on that price range, tv service (even if only needed and use briefly late at night) is very bad.

No Kettle / Room air conditioning

We were disappointed that there was no kettle /tea bags in the room. This is very standard. Secondly, the room was very hot. The fan with low temperature was not working. If we opened the window, it was becoming too cold. The room needed proper air conditioning. Lastly, in the bathroom, the placement of toilet roll is just wrong. It is badly designed to be placed there as it posed great difficulty in access when using the toilet.

We were greeted on arrival by very helpful and efficient staff. The cleanliness of the room was very good. There are a couple of restaurants nearby within walking distance & the town is a short 15 minute drive away. We were pleadsed with our stay.

Beds were not good..

Your remarks regarding the comfort of our beds are taken with utmost importance, though I would like to highlight that all our rooms are equipped with the Sweet Bed by Ibis, designed to offer a relaxing sleep experience. We regret to hear that our breakfast did not meet your expectations in terms of value. We take pride in offering an extensive American Breakfast Buffet that aims to cater to a wide range of tastes and preferences. We understand that our location, being 8 km from the city center, may not have been as close as you preferred. However, we believe that the hotel's proximity to key transport links, such as the Bettembourg Gare train station and Livange bus station, provides convenient access to various parts of the city.
