We had booked junior suites. I am glad we did that. Large size room with very large bathroom. Comfy Beds and large sofa. Icing on the cake was young and super energetic girl SARAH at reception. Check-in was super smooth. She helped us in what places we should visit. At check out she arranged vehicle for us. Many things she did , she did not have to do. But, she is from different planet and has lots of pride for what she does at job. I would say she is an asset to this property. A must stay property in Bern.

Good experience. However, it is a shame that your TV programs are limited for sport fans, and I could not watch the European football semifinals. I tried down in the Bar, but also there I did not work.

I had a very bad experience while I was in the fitness area of the Novohotel Berna Expo. while I was on the machine at the gym at 7 am, a hotel official came in screaming and demanding that I stop doing what I was doing, saying I couldn’t use that machine at that time and screaming I was disturbing everyone. I explained that the day before during check in the girl at the front desk said that the gym was open from 6:30 am, furthermore it was not written anywhere that I could not use that specific machine or I wasn’t informed about that so I could not know. despite having explained this, the gentleman continued to scream. I still said I would change machine, as he asked me but he could come nicely, he ignored my request and kept yelling until I left. I went to complain at reception and they offered me a free coke as if that's how I paid for that lack of respect. I am a guest and I only wish I had been treated with courtesy and kindness. Is this how customers of your hotels are treated? The reservation was In my husband name Gioele F. from 26/04 to 27/04
