IBIS Bruxelles centre is just opposite gate no 5 of Bruxelles Midi station. A comfortable hotel with good breakfast.had all amenities. Had a good stay in this property with easy access to railway station and other connections. Highly recommended for travellers seeking hastle free stay.

I arrived at your hotel shortly before midnight on Tuesday, 07/05/2024. At the reception, I was welcomed by a young man who seemed unexpected for the Job. He proceeded with my check in, and handed me a key card for room 224. I went upstairs to my so called allocated room, open the door to my horror, of a man sitting on bed half naked! I panicked, running to the reception to inform the front desk. The young man at the reception did not know how deal with the incident . He took me back stairs for a change of room. This time, the room was occupied with a women, who rightfully shouting at me to stop disturbing her sleep...

paid for the early check in at 9 am and only received the room at 10 and there was no compensation or even a coffee offered by the people at reception. very poor hospitality.

The room was very spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. The hotel is right across the street from Gare Midi, which was excellent for us. The reception staff we interacted with at check-in and throughout our stay were very friendly. The breakfast selection could be improved. I am vegetarian and didn't have many options, so we chose to have breakfast at the hotel for only one morning. Overall, it was a good stay.

easy to find: only a few minute from the station, with the bus station across the road. The rooms are clean & comfortable; the buffet breakfast wasn't bad either. Staff was friendly
