I booked this place because we were triple sharing - but there was so many regulations and what not - cleaning is not included unless you stay for 7 days, towels are only replaced after 3 days and only when you ask, you need to clean the kitchen as its not included in the after stay clean, etc. Not really worth the stay...

The service at the hotel was nothig shortof horrible. There was no cleaning service even after repeated requests and commitments by the front office staff

The only complaint I have is that the ceiling in the kitchen fell onto my food I was preparing and ruined my meal, causing me to have to go to a get food after a long day in the city. There are several areas in the room that lacked maintenance or were affected by water or moisture over a long period. If the room had repairs done before a guest was in the room I would be very happy.
