Excellent location, however hotel was noisy and loud due to work men. Drilling at early hours in the morning. Did not inform visitors of this. Food cold and poor variety

Specially for Jessica from Reception and one girl who standing at Host Stand on 11th may around 6.25 am long black hair (i am sorry I forgot her name) who help us to came for early breakfast to catch early train. Appreciated being so close to public transportation, tourist attractions and restaurants. Concierge service were all very helpful. The only drawback was the lack of cleaning service. Trash was left in the room, dirty towels were left piled up for days, waited for clean towels for over an hour, no vacuuming or changing bedsheets.

I reserved a room with an Eiffel Tower view. Reservation was confirmed through Expedia. When I arrived I was told it was not possible for Expedia or anyone else to book such a room, which of course is not at all how those systems work. Having worked in hospitality myself and my fiance working for a travel agent, we both know that was a flat out lie, the room had been double booked. They took advantage of the fact that we had been traveling for the better part of 30 hours and were too tired to figure out another location at zero notice. We were offered another (downgrade) room for the same price. Will not be staying here again. Nice breakfast though.
