Had a nice stay at the hotel but the one thing that let it down was lack of receipt emailed following the stay. I hae had a number of colleagues who have experienced the same. Despite getting in touch with them, it never came making expense claims very troublesome

Ths staff was very friendly, accommodating and positive. The room was very specious with all necessary amenities. Very clean, very well designed. I was on the executive floor, so had nespresso machine and a full fridge. The food was very delicious, good number of choices and high quality. Thank you Andy and all the team for making this a comfortable trip!

Friendly staff and nice spacy rooms. Breakfast was not included in the price. We did not take the brakfast during our two night stay due to the high price of it. Anyway next time in Lux we shall stay in Novotel.
