cold in the room, no possible to change, shower - 2 sec. hot water, 2 sec. cold water, noise from outside, I asked for change room, I got the room on 8th floor where I smelled cigarettes and the room was also cold, so I slept in pants and sweater with winter hat. Horrible

One of the worst hotels

It is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in my life. Right now it is 5 degrees celcius and the room is freezing, but when we talked to the concierge they said they 'turned off' the heater. We tried contacting the concierge again because it was too cold, and they said they were going to come but they did not. They called us back instead suggesting that they give us extra 'blanket'. Also, there is no soundproof whatsoever between the rooms, thus you can hear literally everything coming from the next door.
