Clean rooms. Daily towel change and room tidy. Short walk to station and Petite France. Tea and coffee in rooms would have been welcome, but no problems otherwise.

very bad quality room,and service. we are not comfortable in the hotel.I am stray in six night, but no change a bed sheet. North shampooing very bad smell and small room. but we are happy to receptionist hospitality.they are very good quality.

Toilet & Washbasins are partially blocked , informed during my stay at reception but no action taken till my last day . Rooms are not properly cleaned. I understand that hotel are fully booked but this doesn’t mean that you provide us dirty rooms . Secondly , old lady with boycut hairs at reception service was very rude in behaviour. We are guest & are paying money for our stay . I stayed at soo many Accor Hotels but this time my experience was just satisfied . I am not extremely happy with Hotel & services . Lastly , breakfast needs to be improved . Services in breakfast was also pathetic .
