All staff including front desk, concierge, restaurant, housekeeping, etc. were extremely helpful and hospitable. Food was excellent. The room was well-appointed. (except for power connections - front desk was very helpful providing power adapters for USA and other EU connectors) We will certainly check first with Hotel Rotary for return trips to Geneva.

Fast check-in /check-out. Decent breakfast service. Hairdryer in room overheated quickly and cut-out.

The hotel and our room was very clean. The location was great. We were able to walk to 'where we wanted to go', but, if desired, local transportation was right there.
