Booked 3 nights from April 29 to May 3, 2024. The room given to us was Room 715 - very dirty especially the washroom. Toilet bowl was not even cleaned. We even paid extra for early check-in and yet the room was not even ready and toilet bowl is filthy dirty - this was Room 715. We asked to be transferred to another room (#615) which was still not to our satisfaction. The room is too small for 2 people. No available table in the room. The closet is so small and good only for a kid. Washroom is so outdated and needs an upgrade. The washroom door is dilapidated. No fridge in the room. Although location is very close to Metro lines and Train Station, I will not come back to this Ibis Hotel in Paris Bercy. The concierge area looks cluttered, carpet is dirty. The place is so outdated and needs an upgrade. On the other hand, staff is very friendly and accommodating, especially the night duty staff who assisted us in the bar area in getting a hot water. But even then, not recommendable - we will never come back to this hotel in the future. For comparison purposes, I have paid 144 Euros per day for Ibis Styles PARIS-BERCY and yet Holiday Inn Express-MARSEILLE is WAY, WAY MUCH better which I paid 161 Euros per day - with full amenities like fridge, water kettle, very modern and very clean toilet.

everything was perfect: The location (there is a metro station at 15 metres from the hotel's entrance) The breakfast was very very good The attention of the people working in the hotel was wonderfully kind!

The room we got was a shame - not even close to that what is presented on booking or other sites. Room and toilette were dirty - we found some cranberries on the floor and the towels were dirty and we found them on the floor. We were there like for 5 minutes and went out and asked for our money back - didnt want to spend our vacation in that room/hotel. That was no problem on the end - we got our money back and found another hotel.
