A remarkable decline in the quality of this establishment accompanying the successive changes in brand from Sofitel to NEST. In my opinion, this establishment can in no manner be considered as a 5 star hotel and suggesting that it is when booking is not only deceptive but very close to fraud. The entire place is run down and dirty. Never again.

Rooms and reception service is good but the beakfast was served ½ an hour late 2 out of 3 days which I was not able to wait for but I still had to pay full price for the beakfast (:-( (not so nice).

Restaurant closed. Air conditionning not working. No bath towel in my room.

I apologize if there was a miscommunication but our restaurant in only closed during the week ends.We only changed for the summer our layout with an outdoor option and a new menu. Please be assured that your feedback will be shared about the AC and the towels.
