I love the location but the air conditioner would never turn on. We had to leave the window open so it would be cool enough to sleep. When i notified the front desk of the problem they said there was some hotel policy about the AC not being above 2 degrees cooler than the outaide temperature. The street noise was so loud we couldnt sleep. Also, the garbage is picked up between 3:00 A.M. and 4:00 A.M. so we when we did finally sleep about 2:30 A.M. we were woken up. At one point my sister slept on the floor just because it felt cooler. I stayed at this location 8 months before and had no problems. I'm not sure what has chnaged but I was very disappointed and will not stay there for our next visit.

Facilities are well kept, clean and generous with space. The staff were always attentive and helpful (with excellent English which was no expectation but so appreciated!) the location was excellent, right on the boulevard but not close to noisy clubs, and very accessible to the old town.

aside from excellent front desk and housekeeping staff, and a great view, the hotel was below average for the price. NOT. a 4-star place as advertised. more like a 2+ star.

We stayed for 4 nights but had an unpleasant experience. Hotel really require a renovation, room cleaning should be improved, suffocated room, air con not working.
