It was amazing. The room was beautiful and very well equipped. I had some minor trouble with the room service, but nothing that would take out of this experience

Good location, extremely small room.

The room was extremely small, only one very small cupboard to hang clothes under 30cm and the coat hangers are child size if you hang a blazer you can’t close the cupboard. For travelers 2 x adult 2 x suitcases it is virtually impossible to move around the room. I am normally offered an upgrade due to being an Accor member I was told this was not possible, I also normally have a welcome gift and note but did not receive anything on this stay. All in all I felt let down by this hotel.

Privilege room provided really small shower head was loose toilet role holder span so toilet roll fell off all the time,

Clean, nicely decorated small hotel. Like many in Paris, the rooms are small, but these are well appointed with all you need for a quick business trip. Good breakfast. Great quiet location close to major transit routes. Lots of restaurants nearby.

I recently arrived at the Mercure Montparnasse Raspail hotel. I have been a loyal Accor customer after several years and have been to Accor hotels in different regions of the world. This is already outrageous when I discovered that the hotel's air conditioning system was intact. The day ended at 27 degrees Celsius in Paris. The room is pretty hot and you don't have time to sleep. The hotel staff's responses were always bureaucratic: You must speak to the direction.. there’s nothing we can do right now. They could not turn the system on immediately. They could not change rooms or hotels. It's a lack of sensitivity about the minimum comfort elements that you can expect and that are included in this hotel category. My relationship with the Accor network ends here. Very regrettable.

We understand the importance of a comfortable environment for our guests, especially in hot weather. As mentioned by our colleague at reception, in order to reduce our ecological impact, the air conditioning is turned on in summer or during a long period of heat (especially because the difference between indoors and outdoors will not be felt if the air conditioning is on when it is less than 20 degrees). Indeed, the weather was hot during one day and under 15 degrees during all the week after that. Measures have been taken to ensure that this inconvenience does not occur again. To reduce the heat in our rooms and maintain freshness, we ask our housekeepers to close the curtains during the afternoon. We also offer rooms overlooking the courtyard, which are not affected by the heat. We renew our apologies for this inconvenience. We remain available if you wish to call us, Kind regards Stephanie
