Good residence at prime location, good connectivity too

Just best the residence hotel weekly market held good shopping can be done in this marker. Franprix supermarket is just besides this building. Close to park too. RER and metro train connections too. Bus stop at this hotel too. La defence station and grand arche is 5 mins to 8 mins walkable. Choose only apartment for cooking facilities. Studio has no cooking facilities. Good for business and family trio too.

Overall stay was ok but few things committed like free weekend breakfast as per the all.com app for silver members was not provided and no room cleaning after 3rd night. Breakfast menu was same for all four days.

Location was perfect. We booked two tooms. One room 525, was very warm, no air-con, we called at night to fix it but the reception said there was no one to fix it. The other room 526, it was really smelly upon entering. Good thing we only stayed for one night.

Residence was in a separate building, not the most friendly neighborhood to walk around in the evening AC in the room defective Extremely narrow parking lot, a modern car does not comfortably fit. The exit gate was broken, we were not notified about this and spent over an hour with a staff member that was convinced we could easily turn around. After that, we ended up having to assist manually opening the gate, in order to leave the parking lot. According to the staff member, a other guests had encountered the same issue earlier that day, leaving us to wonder why no one had bothered mentioning this during checkout, or at the first barrier of the parking lot, where we had to call the intercom and talk with a staff member to get it open, or simply dropping a cone of some sorts there so people wouldn’t get stuck. Summarizing, this was a sub-par experience, not worthy of having the name mercure.

I book a room in the hotel and at my arrival I was told that I was in another building and in an apartment not in an hotel. the building is really old, the room had a bad smell and was really not at the level that normally I'm expenting from an 4stars hotel
