Location and room was awesome, thoroughly enjoyed the stay there, however on the day of checkout. no issue with checkout process and left my luggage with the front desk as we still had time before our bus to brussels. Upon returning, the lady at checkout, upon identified me by my room number, in a loud voice saying i've not yet paid for my stay, which puzzled me as during the checkout earlier, the guy did not mention anything and all was well. I told her not a problem, she then brought me to the luggage room and got my luggage. Did a slight repacking as we brought something, the lady shouted and pointed at me in front of everyone in the main area that i've yet to pay and to come over. Its embarrassing and made me feel criminal as i have no intent of running away and i've always paid for all my stay with accor group. Paid up and requested for a receipt, she was asking what for and i told her i wanted to make sure i wasn't double charged. Pass me the receipt with an attitude and i left the hotel for my bus. Unacceptable to treat hotel guest like that.

I stayed a weekend at the hotel. All very nice and cosy, building size not too big which I prefer for my stays. Easy to get there from the airport, well linked to the city center.
