Was disappointed with the women at the check in desk. She was rather rude and was unwilling to accommodate our requirements. And the colleague on night duty was reluctant to let me back in, so overall not a brilliant experience.

Staff were fine, basic facilities were all there. Room was tired overall and needs refurbishing. Bed extremely uncomfortable. Cleaning needs attention-big clump of hair behind shower door on arrival and greasy finger marks on bathroom door, tv and throughout
