Nice, except the bathroom that is old: the joins are dark brown, some refreshment should be done.

Hotel was fine besides the fact my sink drained in to a bucket.

Reliable IBIS. Large comfortable clean room. Well located 5 minutes from the rail station in wonderful Kortrijk. Walkable Belgian town with great food options. Cathedral, Bell tower, Plein with shops and restaurants, Town Hall, Bridge with Watchtowers, Historical Beguine. Cat Cafe - B'aristokat. Inviting river front. Kortrijk is a convenient home base to travel to Bruges, Ghent, Lille, Tournai, Mons and a little further to Dunkirk and Brussels.

Lift broke down on the last day of our stay. Everyone had to carry all our luggage using the stairs to check out. We had people with physical disability, and the hotel staff made no attempt to assist.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the middle of the city center and close to a parking garage, so perfectly located. The room was old and outdated and in the bathroom, there was a nasty smell and you could see some dirty spots on the walls. Also, the room was very noisy, I could hear all the people walking by the room and in the rooms next door.
