One night's stay in Reims, breaking a car journey from Lyon to Calais. Hotel was modern & clean. Room simple but comfortable. Staff very friendly & efficient. Breakfast adequate.

Conveniently located close to autoroute with other service provider businesses eg restaurants nearby. Very friendly helpful reception manager keen to provide useful information about the service provided by the Hotel and what was available nearby. The bedroom and shower were immaculately clean and well resourced. The breakfast menu was very comprehensive with good quality well presented food and very very good value for money.

In a good location for transport and access to local restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the smell of a previous smoker in the room.

Same basic standard as F1 hotel. Reception area in construction / building site. Room was too promiscuous for 3 adults & 1 dog. Told off by receptionist at breakfast for taking 2 croissants to our room. Illiterate hotel manager called Sandrine Henry. Disliked my feedback about hotel room & her awful spelling. Unavailable over the phone. She blocked my email. Will write a complaint letter to ACCOR.
