Very good advice by staff, polite and engaging. Good drinks available. The room was small, but fine. However, the water temperature in the shower changed as soon as the shower head was moved (up or down). I suppose it is a mechanical problem. Sitting on the terrace is very relaxing. While the hotel is in the outskirts, Bus No 3 is just a kilometre from the hotel, and one gets to Abject centre in 15 minutes.

Ok for a night, but no fridge in the room and no lift, everything is very basic.

I was initially concerned that the hotel was 3km from centre of Annecy but on arrival it was very welcoming. No need to move! I chose it for its electric vehicle charging point which was a nightmare so didn’t use. Charging points in town though.! You need a few eBorn charge points here! Loved the open plan easy ambiance and breakfast totally great! Would stay again.

Helpful staff and secure car park which closes at night. Large choice at breakfast and possibility to have pizza or other light meal in evening. Easy access to Leclerc supermarket. Quietest rooms are facing a wooded area to rear, front roms are on motorway side.....but it is quiet at night. No possibility to choose original languages to Tv programmes on handsets. Also ,unfortunately like many Accor Ibis hotels, they are now using plastic sheeting beneath the mattress sheet you sleep on - we found this excessively hot. Access to central Annecy is via a nearby bus stop and one change. This hotel has a Boho vibe with a mix of aesthetics.
