good stay on central Paris location

Everything was correct except two things: 1. room maids are not obeying "do not disturb sign" on a room door. They are entering the room and changing towels although I did not ask them to do that. This is not an ecological behavior. 2. I had a room with a window that can not be opened and I do not like that. That was the first time that I had such a room and do not want that again.

Really bad room

-I almost fell when entering my room as there is a large step between the corridor and the room. -My double bed consisted of 2 small mattresses joined together: I had difficulty fitting in the bed. -My room was facing the train station and I could hear the rumbling of the trains due to poor sound insulation.

If your bed was two mattresses joined together, it is because you have booked the following category of room : Classic Room - 1 double bed or 2 single beds, which means that the room will whether be made up of two single beds, or two single beds joined to form a double bed. We do understand your feedback about noise in your room. It is true that our location remains very central in the city. During your next reservation do not hesitate to specify that you want a room on the quiet side. We will do our best to offer you a quiet room on the courtyard.
