Very clean and been lucky to have a good quiet room Breakfast is OK .

I was coming in the room just to sleep. I am not certain the ACCOR group would like to be perceive as a hostel branch. First impressions not great. Common areas such as the lift appearance not the best and the more over the left lift not working properly all the time. The carpet on the third floor appeared with excessive wear. On a positive note, the location is good, with easy access. The room cleanliness was a plus. The hotel personnel attitude toward customer satisfaction helped me better enjoy my stay. I felt welcome from the moment I crossed the door and every day the cleaning personnel was making sure that I had everything I needed.

Some topics: first room assigned (401) : continuous (motor) sound very annoying, request to change - ok. Next room, some unpleasant smell in the bathroom (sewer). General quality of breakfast was relatively poor (crushed eggs, fruits...)
