Breakfast not really nice, very basic, almost no available table, queueing 10min for a coffee (2 machines, 1 not working), no shampoo in the bathroom

Rude Staff and Old Outdated Rooms

The front staff is rude and inept. I have still not received my corrected invoice 3 days after checking out. The rooms are shabby, and the bathroom had mildew and poor fittings throughout. The thermostat in the room didn’t work, and they literally have plastic sheeting on the mattress that crinkled every time you move. The pics on the website are not accurate. Really really not a great place to stay.

We spent two nights in Paris for the marathon weekend. This hotel is conveniently located next to Porte D'Orleans, city center is easily accessible with RER B and Metro 4. We got a suite on 4th floor. The two rooms were large and very clean, bathroom newly furbished, everything spacious, quiet (hotel was nearly empty on weekend), and clean.

I stay in a range of group hotels and this one does not live up to the brand. The code pad for the lift to the carpark was temperamental which meant the long code number had to be entered many times to finally get the door open. The bath plug did not work. Maintenance team were able to replace but but by then it was too late for a bath. The shower leaked over the bathroom floor soaking anything left there. The bar was not available, closing when the coach party visiting did not want access. The reception was frequently overwhelmed with the coach party. In the room there was one teabag each for four types of tea, but if both of us wanted the same tea then there was insufficient.
