Rooms are really nice and the best thing about the hotel. Check in experience is always lacklustre - no recognition of status or even a ‘welcome back’ acknowledgment. Room service menu is extremely poor - about four items to choose from. Not everyone wants to eat dinner in the restaurant and the room service menu needs to improve dramatically. Frequently don’t receive points on my Accor All membership when I stay at this hotel - it should be automatic but instead I have to send through a missing points claim on at least half of all my stays. Like I said, nice rooms and hotel is in good location but they really need to improve overall customer experience because it is pretty crap to be honest.

HoWK Families - TripAdvisor review

The location of the hotel was excellent as it is close to the opera house and nearby to the train station (Wynyard) and light rail station. There’s a lot of restaurant and supermarkets around the hotel. It is also a walking distance to Barangaroo wharf to take a ferry. The price is a bit on the high side but due to the location it is still worth it. There is no drop off point in front of the hotel as it is along the main road and there’s always traffic especially during peak time so the car cannot stop for too long or wait at the hotel. The room is clean and has a big 55inch TV. The room is also quite big as it has a chair, couch and table with a king or twin bed. They don’t however provide bottled water which is a minus point. The bathe area is quite small and the water can splash out when bathing so has to be careful it doesn’t flood the toilet or the whole toilet floor will be wet. There is also a small fridge, wardrobe and a safety box. There is no swimming pool and the cafe is at the ground floor. Overall the hotel is comfortable and worth staying due to the location.

Only stayed one night but staff were helpful getting me checked in and checked out via the onsite console. Facilities were comfortable and clean.

Disappointed in our experience! At over $300 a night we had no room cleaned at all, we had to ask for fresh towels at reception on our last night, The bed was very hard and the stay not pleasant and after this at checkout the automated checkout system tried to charge us $162 when the only thing we’d had was breakfast that was included in our pre booked and prepaid room cost Do NOT stay here
