Well connected to the city, in very calm and cozy town. Railway station is very close to the hotel. Hotel is very clean, WiFi was excellent, staff so helpful. We are very satisfied with our stay in this hotel

We used the Ibis hotel as a base for visiting friends and found it very well located for public transport, very clean and exceptional value for money. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly (especially Credo, who was on reception both days and was really kind). Thoroughly recommended!

We stayed one night in Bromley and chose the hotel for it's great price. The hotel rooms a a bit dated, but clean with a comfortable bed and a good shower. Staff were on hand whenever they were needed and were really helpful and pleasant. This was our first try using an Ibis budget and we will use them again at this price.

Nothing was wrong, the experience is just basic. Weak shower and stained carpets and an odd smell pervading the corridors. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
