The Location is perfect 5 minutes to go Dubai mall. Everything is perfect in this hotel just there is noise , but we are getting more than we expected. Special thanks to Jhirmal,And Belal And all their friends who are cleaning my room. Thanks a lot Housekeeping team for your service and and to supervisor Mehtab and Sumitra. The Room cleanliness was so tidy and comfortable bed for sleeping. Thanks to Belal and Ali when were taking care of my room. Before we come to my room, everything were arranged properly. Before we asking for service, they were cleaning my room.And also I want thanks to their supervisor Sumitra and Mehtab who were coming to my room and asking how was the cleanliness. I love this hotel and will come back soon Inshallah ❤️.

I forgot my mobile inside a taxi. I realized it after the taxi left from Swissôtel Al Murooj in Dubai. I immediately communicated with security guard and he guided me to their Concierge desk. They took notes about my details. They searched and found the plate number of taxi through the security cameras. Because I didn't ask an invoice from the driver. Then Ishaq took over the morning shift and dealt with the case in a very professional and effective way. They connected with taxi driver firstly and then Road and Transfer Authority followingly. At the end they succeed the return of my mobile phone in a short span of time. I was just accompanying their guest. But they took the case so seriously as if it happened to their guest. This attitude deserves a massive kudos. Thank you to all.
