It took several requests to have Body soap supplied for shower which was empty on arrival. Daily room service occurred at various times either to early or to late in day.

We had quite an unsettling experience at the Novotel. Hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant. We weren’t sure why when ordering a king size bed we received a disability bathroom which had a narrow shower curtain so the shower made quite a wet mess of the floor.

Flew into Perth for a 3 night stay with my son for hid 10th birthday. I mentioned this to the gentleman whilst checking in and he instantly upgraded our room to a higher floor with a better view and also better bedding configuration. My son loved our stay In Perth and it was a perfect weekend away for the 2 of us. Thanks to the team at novotel. Will definitely be recommending to any friends travelling to Perth, and hopefully returning soon for another stay ourselves!
