Great hotel but needs many things still.

Good Holiday

We stayed for six nights at this hotels. We booked a Gold experience which enabled us to use the Gold Lounge and pool. The staff in the Gold lounge were amazing. They were attentive, friendly and could not do enough for us. We had a small problem with the room but after contacting the Gold lounge staff who passed our problem to the duty manager I can confirm it was all sorted out within a couple of ours. Cyra (middle eastern restaurant) was our favorite with amazing food and views!
