The staff was amazing, I didn’t met lately staff that was so nice, that will let you fill like home , with a smile and you can recognize that they are doing it with a pleasure! I want the mention the staff on the morning breakfast, the staff in the reception! Thank you The rooms was very small for us .. and we needed. To ask for shower gel more often- only one bottle is not enough.. I want to mention That we had bed bags on our bed.. unfortunately we understand that in the last day , we thought it was mosquitoes, but now, it wasn’t nice at all .

What can I say about the Bachleda, a truly beautiful hotel that is well positioned just out of old town but within 5 minutes walk so ideal for a peaceful night, the staff are exemplary with nothing too much trouble and extremely polite. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone and will be back at Christmas

Hotel is located in a fully refurbished villa, walking distance to Wawel and Old Town. Interior is beautiful and luxurious. My room was spacious and elegant. Bed was huge, very soft and I slept well. Comfy, large shower. Staff very friendly and supportive. Pleasant sauna. I truly recommend this hotel.

Overall the Bachleda hotel is a masterpiece in terms of design and interior. Location is great too but lacking views. Everything is topnotch, very clean, beautifuly decorated throughout and top quality e.g. mattresses. Entire hotel staff is very polite and friendly. Welcoming and helpful. The only thing i was not happy during my stay is the fact that barista coffee during breakfast is extra$$. Have not come across this in other 5*hotels. I would expect this to be available to clients paying decent amount of money per night. Room minibar felt tad overpriced. Would be nice if besides simple coffee and teas there was at least small bottle of simple bubbles e.g processo provided to clients as complimentary welcome gift. During our 1 night stay hotel was probably at its 50% occupancy and i was hoping recepction would think of maybe upgrading us, the 1st time visitors for 1night stay to Executive suite ( exactly what happened to a friend of mine staying at Metropolitan Butique Hotel in Krakow free of charge) as we were celebrating mum's 65th bday. That was not offered which would just make our stay absolutely unforgivable and I would defo come back and recommended this hotel to everyone.
