After accidentally leaving my Pink Dyson hairdryer and hairbrush in the cupboard under the bathroom sink. I rang and asked the reception manager if it had been handed in but It mysteriously had disappeared. They just said not found. I will never go back. That is theft and dishonesty. The cleaning staff have fo mouths as well.

Ideal location for visiting the gold coast and Byron Bay.

The apartment is spacious, featuring a large balcony with a stunning view of the harbor. The bed is very comfortable. Although we didn't have time to use all the facilities, the complex offers a small gym, a spa, and a swimming pool. It's also conveniently connected to the Twin Towns Club via a walkway, making it easy to catch shows or play the pokies.

There was mixed information about check in when one of the parties sharing our 2 bedroom apartment arrived early and was informed she couldn’t check in because the reservation was not in her name but it turned out later that her name was indeed in the reservation. This was inconvenient for her to wait 3 hours for me to arrive.
