Terrible experience

Room has musty smell, mould throughout. My three boys had an asthma episode overnight caused by this room. This room needs to be inspected. Still had to pay a full night even though we explained the state of the room. We couldn't sleep, entire night. No quilt / blanket on bed, only a sheet, kids cold all night also. Booked for 7 days, had to check out in the morning after night 1.

The location is good but the hotel needs a good refurb. The bathrooms in particular are looking very tired and shabby.

Unfortunately this hotel was nothing like advertised. The room we booked had door handles hanging off, loose fixings, stained plaster, cracking walls, horrible rotten smells, dirty bathrooms and some power not working. We also had people smoking on the same level which would carry through the room. Checked out another room after our complaint, on this level we had people screaming at each other inside there rooms and some really bad stenches. I am sorry to be leaving this review, but as a business you guys need to fix a lot of things. Customer service was good though.
