Front desk check ion skills were not ideal. Ex. Upon asking for a private space to open luggage and retrieve item (since room wasn't ready) I was presented with the option of opening my bag right there, in the middle of all and everyone. Rooms view was nice, as well as shampoo/conditioner amenities. But that would be it.

The breakfast pastries was like home made, fresh and delicious. The pudim made by the pastry cook Firmino, It was the best I've ever tasted! Variety, quality, fresh . Every morning had a new cake, all Brazilian recipes and perfect with a good cup of coffee.

Great service especially from the bell staff. Andre did the front desk proud in helping will all kinds of requests Would definitely recommend as many hotels can become much of a muchness and it’s always the service that differentiates the good from the best IMO.

Truly annoying construction noise

Construction noise around the hotel starts too early and they won’t re accommodate you somewhere quieter. On top of this, the balcony’s door doesn’t close completely which makes it noisy all night long.
