Brilliant property. Very well maintained for its age! The staff were polite and courteous. Speak with Helen at the desk, she will be glad to assist. The indoor pool was one of the best things one could ask for when travelling with a toddler who loves the water. Well maintained, clean and always had pool amenities stocked! The buffet breakfast at Parc was well thought of and had a generous and wholesome offering. From the cold to the hot, everything was good. We got there around 8:45 which traditionally is a busy period but the buffet was always stocked. The juices were great and probably the only area they need to focus on as we were tipping glass juice containers over to get to that last drop. The DIY pancake station is tucked in a corner and does attract a fair few, we didn’t need any pancakes but we reckon the machine could be setup in a more open space. Rohan was genuinely delightful, speak with him if you have any requests at the restaurant. Only negative, we found another guests credit card in the slot where you insert the room key card for the lights. Definitely an oversight but could cause unnecessary trouble in the wrong hands.

The bed is super comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. The location is great with access to Rundle Mall. Breakfast buffet has great options.

I stayed for 3 days in May 6-9 and had a very pleasant stay, and this will be my hotel of choice moving forward as I visit Adelaide a few times a year for work. My only gripe and it is a small one is that for breakfast I had to wait at the front of the restaurant for a few minutes and I wonder if the arrival process could be improved.
