Thank you Pond, Dee and Vene for the excellent service. This hotel always be my to go hotel everytime I visit BKK. I amaze they remember the guest upon check in and remember my special request. And yes, I always put some request. However I forgot to put it in my booking this time.

The hotel location is great, check in was smooth and fast. The cleanlinest of the room was always in tip top condition and we were served by housekeeper Khun Nong / HK. The room has all the amenities you need. Aircon was cold, shower was hot. Great stay.

The concierge team was extremely helpful, going the extra mile to help locate a misdelivered parcel for us. The team spent hours to stay coordinated with the snack shop (that sent the parcel) and the Grab driver to relocate the parcel to be redelivered, all in time before our departure. Many thanks to Tony, Kuad, Jira and Pai. Also, the room was very comfortable. Will be staying again when we return later this year!
