Been to few ibis in thailand and most will provide amenities such as fruits or local snacks (Kanom). Maybe your hotel doesn’t provide to Gold member. Visited the 212 bar and ask about members discount but were told there’s no member discount but still we soend some there. ask the receptionist regarding member f&b discount and next day they refunded me for the the discount which I should entitled.(thanks for the staffs) Keep recommending to friends for ibis style huay kwang for the convenience and comfort room and my member benefit but end up with embarrassments. Disappointed with it

The hotel exceeded all my expectations! The service was top-notch, the staff was friendly and attentive. The room was spacious and cozy, and the view from the window was breathtaking. The breakfasts were varied and delicious. I had a wonderful time, and I definitely recommend this hotel to all travelers!

I have always staying at Ibis Styles Ratchada every time when I am in Bangkok for business. Room is very clean and bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is also good with so many variety dishes. Hotel location is really convenient to public transportation, local food and night entertainment. Very satisfied.
