Great service, allowed to book in early. Deluxe room really nice and well appointed. Very friendly and efficient checkin and explanation of everything. Handy to motorway. Ordered room service from the restaurant and rather than just on a tray and half cold like from others it was delivered by heated trolley so just like eating in restaurant and superb meal of scallops. Couldnt fault. Thank you!!

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, and each time the arrival process has been fast and efficient. The staff members are welcoming and attentive, making sure to get us checked in quickly so we can settle into our room. On this particular visit, we were staying in a one bedroom suite, which was spacious and well-appointed. The decor was modern and tasteful, making it a comfortable and inviting space to relax in. We decided to order in-room dinner. The menu offered a variety of options, from light salads to hearty entrees. We decided to try a few different dishes and were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. Each dish was beautifully presented and tasted delicious. When it came time to check out, the process was quick and seamless. The staff member at the front desk was courteous and efficient, making sure our bill was accurate and that we had everything we needed for our departure. Overall, our experience at this hotel was once again exceptional. The quality of the accommodations, the delicious food, and the attentive staff all contributed to a memorable stay.
