A Great hotel with great service. Located next to the convention center in Darling Harbor downtown Sydney, this is a great hotel to stay and explore the area by foot. The rooms are quiet and bed is very comfortable. The gym on 4th floor is pretty good. A bit limited on weights etc by fully functional

Room was lovely as usual, have stayed for Mother's Day in the past and had been gifted a small bath salts (with a note for Mother's Day) but this year there was nothing which was a little disappointing but understandable. Would like to see the Elmo cocktail back on the menu in the club lounge (he is the biggest reason we come back to stay and deserves extra recognition)

Check in and out was fast and easy. Service was generally great. TV Remote was too hard to use. No access to NRL coverage is sad.

Check in is easy but frustrating because every single time they need to re-load my accor membership as it is never recognised. This is the only Sofitel that I have this problem with. Check in is inconsistent - sometimes my gold status is recognised and I get great service, others its not. Sometimes I get one drink voucher, sometimes more. Sometimes i get a basic room, sometimes an upgrade. Even when travelling with work colleagues who aren't accor members, they get the better room - why?
