The bins in my room hadn’t been emptied and towels and mugs were all dirty. I hadn’t noticed this until I had got in the shower so that was an unpleasant experience. Breakfast was continental which was fine except pastries were very sparse and the ones that were there looked they had been sweating there for days. Had a couple of rounds of toast and left. All in all a pretty shocking stay

Apologies for not meeting the requirements for your stay. It is not in our standards to check guests in into a dirty room. If this was the case, our reception staff would have been able to help. I was given a family room which is always nice because it has a bit more space, an iron and a coffee machine. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I am eternally grateful for being able to control the heating in my room as I feel the cold. The heating was effective and the room was quickly warm. Only problem was the TV was not working. Had a very helpful member of staff who tried to get it working for me, and spent a bit of time on it. Eventually he got something I was happy with, which was good as it is nice to have something on in the background. Cooked breakfast was great.

Very nice room but bathroom very small. I didn't realise that breakfast was organised by a different company so I didn't have any as paying £211 for one night was already extremely expensive in my opinion.
