I was given a family room which is always nice because it has a bit more space, an iron and a coffee machine. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I am eternally grateful for being able to control the heating in my room as I feel the cold. The heating was effective and the room was quickly warm. Only problem was the TV was not working. Had a very helpful member of staff who tried to get it working for me, and spent a bit of time on it. Eventually he got something I was happy with, which was good as it is nice to have something on in the background. Cooked breakfast was great.

Very nice room but bathroom very small. I didn't realise that breakfast was organised by a different company so I didn't have any as paying £211 for one night was already extremely expensive in my opinion.

Bedroom good. Service good, breakfast not so. I’m coeliac the server asked how many slices of bread. I said two that came warm not toasted. No gf cereal. Cooked breakfast all cooked together couldn’t guarantee gf. Had warm bread butter and chocolate spread, orange juice and tea. I don’t think it would be hard to get gf cereal. Not impressed
