The service and care provided by Ash, Sofia, Glenn and Chaw in the privilege lounge was superb. Nothing was too much trouble for this team, including help my colleague with an unusual request. This team is a massive credit to Mercure/Novotel and is the reason I always pick this location when coming to Singapore, which I do regularly. Kudos to these guys and girls :-)

The book in was very poor. We were told at 8 pm that no room was available and we would have to wait. Other people were checked in while we waited. Why ? Our booking was months old which your system would show. In the end we had a room but not the standard booked. This is one of the worst in 25 plus years of member ship. Other wise the staff were great and the hotel was too

Wifi not working for almost half a day, could carry out business activities. Had asked people multiple times to stock up the mini bar, had to remind few times to get it done Room not cleaned for two days in a row , had to ask the housekeeping to do it .

In reference to Wi-Fi, we have indeed experienced Wi-Fi downtime from the service provider, which affects other hotels as well, island-wide. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. With regard to mini bar stocking up, kindly be advised that the room category that you have reserve does not include mini bar items, hence the reason why it is not being stock up. As with the room cleaning, in line with our sustainability effort, our room cleaning is the next day and subsequently alternate days. My sincere apologies if this was not sufficiently explained during your check-in. Rest assured that your comments have been shared with the respective teams to ensure such lapses are not repeated. We had a really great stay but as with all things nothing is perfect. However, the staff handled everything perfectly. Sofia had a welcome greeting in the morning at the lounge and was helpful in local tips. Selena had a smile every evening in the lounge after a long day. A special thank you to Mr Qadir who made every effort to help anyone and everyone. Thank you for all your help and we look forward to seeing you soon.
