Held our big day here at Novotel. Did not regret it at all. Gowri (our planner) have made the planning of our journey up to the wedding day so easy. She have guided us along the way and provided top notched service by providing solutions to our "last minute" problems. My relatives could not stop complimenting the decor in the ballroom and the ambience of the Polaris ballroom. Made us really proud to have chosen this hotel as our choice for our big day. Cheers to the wonderful servers and staff at Novotel 🥰

Deepika at the front desk was amazing! She went above and beyond to give us one of our two rooms early and then tried her best to get connecting rooms for us (which we will get 2 of the 3 nights). She reminded us that if we are Accor members we get welcome drinks that we can take to our rooms which was quite nice to be able to do after a long flight! All in all the check in process was smooth and pleasant. We normally stay at 5 star hotels but as we are here for a baseball tournament we are staying with the team and I can honestly say that we received 5 star treatment thanks to Dipika!

Novotel on Stevens very much met our expectations. Room was very clean and the overall service was quite good. Special thanks to the chef Annamalai as we had food restrictions due to some health challenges. He made it sure we were given healthy food. I also wish to appreciate the shuttle services which enables us to reach the MRT.
