I have difficulty to get room , employees not welcoming, and uncooperative to solve problems and get room to check in early on in spite I came from long journey abroad.

These hotel reception very arrogant no bell boy you have to carry all your luggage by your self

Few small issues

2 night stay for work. Generally all ok just a few small issues 1. Only 1 big and 1 small towel in the room. I used the small towel in the gym so ran out. 2. Shower drain was v slow so water into the bathroom when you shower (room 1028)
