This time I'm not happy at all with the stay in the hotel because of the invoice which I received during check-out. On the invoice I received you put separate rate for the room and for the breakfast. When I was booking the room with breakfast included there was only one price for the room with breakfast - no separate price for the breakfast was shown on the webpage. It was a misleading information for me. I was asking for the invoice with exactly the same information which I received during the reservation processes - with the price for room and breakfast together and not separate price for the room and separate for the breakfast but the staff refuse to change it. For me it is important as my company can reimburse me the cost of the room only (when this two positions are separated). When I stayed in your hotel in 2023 I had not met such difficulties.

The rooms were confortable. Room 404 had a sewrage smell. Not pleasant. The shower not user friendly. Also needs a soap holder. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Good sized room and bathroom, comfy bed, very soft pillows and WiFi included which worked well. Shower was powerful and the room was made up daily. We had a small fridge and microwave in the room. There isn’t a kettle in the room, but tea, coffee and hot chocolate are available free 24/7 in reception. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, bread, pastries, cold meats and cheeses etc plus a waffle maker and scrambled eggs and bacon. There is a tram stop directly outside the hotel, which is handy but can be a bit noisy if you have the window open, but room was air conditioned so no need to keep the window open. Would recommend.

nice stay. clean room. nice bed. great location - cant find better for the price. inconvenient to get tea by going downstairs, no kettle in rooms. even budget hotels have kettle in room. otherwise great stay
