What a fantastic stay. 2 nights in a junior suite with breakfast. Spacious room. Bathroom with bath and shower. Mini fridge all stocked. Breakfast beautiful. Lovely staff. All areas clean. Have stayed at Pullman many times and will continue to do so

Great hotel at King's Dock

I stayed here for 3 nights whilst attending a conference at the venue next door. It was incredibly convenient. The hotel was great with everything you would want in the room. Beds are super comfortable. The shower was brilliant - it was a rain shower with the switch being push button on the opposite wall (you will only understand the convenience of this when you try it). Breakfast was great with a large selection of hot and cold items. The man at the desk was great and remembered me from the first morning. Another point worth making is the car park (King's Dock car park). It has the same post code as the hotel. It is huge with 1400 spaces and is about 50 metres from the front door of the hotel. It does not belong to the hotel but it is secure and you get a 50% discount if you mention you stayed at the Pullman. For the 4 days I stayed the cost would have been £72 but I only paid £36 with the discount which I thought was excellent value. To get the discount you have to go to the car park office on the ground floor of the car-park, give them your ticket which they apply the discount to and then you pay at the normal machines.

Did not appreciate being put in an 'accessible' room, The TV did not work and the hot water was not hot!

Dear Jonathan, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Unfortunately, due to being fully booked on the evening you stayed with us, we had to use all rooms with in the Hotel, this being why accessible rooms were used. I thank you for bringing to our attention that the TV is not working and the water from the shower not getting hot, I will have our Maintenance Team to look in to this.
